This is modern luxury, inspired by the classic sophistication of New York’s cigar lounges. Designed By Studio Joss to create a moody, immersive atmosphere, the interior layers tactile materials, warm timber tones, and a palette of stone, charcoal, and soft neutrals. At its heart, a sculpted stone bar commands attention, while subtle, recessed lighting adds dimension and an inviting sense of intimacy.
Casa Halcyon
The construction of Casa Halcyon was guided by a vision from StudioJos to create a residence that feels both calming and enduring. J Corp delivered the project with a focus on precision craftsmanship, ensuring every detail contributed to a sense of balance and serenity.
Drawing inspiration from contemporary Belgian architecture, Tonal layers of natural textures were carefully integrated to connect existing structures with new works, creating seamless transitions throughout.
The result is a home designed for modern living open, light-filled spaces that extend effortlessly to the outdoors, combining understated luxury with lasting structural integrity.

Villa D’Este
Perched within the lush landscape of Bellevue Hill, Villa D’Estate commands sweeping panoramic views across Sydney Harbour and beyond. In collaboration with Nina Maya Interiors, J Corp delivered this residence to the highest standards of luxury. The interior architecture balances contemporary elegance with timeless classic detailing, where grand spatial proportions meet intricate stone curvatures to create an enduring statement of design excellence.
Vaucluse Estate
Rooted in European tradition, Vaucluse House is a five-bedroom estate restored by J Corp to its original grandeur. Arched stone colonnades mirror steel-framed windows and doors, establishing a sense of timeless elegance. An outdoor entertaining space is elevated with a sculptural fireplace and dramatic skylights, while harlequin stone flooring—an iconic Italian motif—infuses the residence with sophistication and heritage character.
The Crescent
Conceived as dual pavilions, The Crescent embodies a dialogue between tradition and modernity. Contrasts of light and shadow heighten a sense of drama, anchored by a sculptural staircase rendered in lustrous Japanese plaster. Skylights illuminate hallways finished in textural plaster, while kitchens and bathrooms showcase classically detailed joinery alongside parquetry flooring—an enduring celebration of craftsmanship and contemporary design.
Bronte Oceanview
Positioned on the cliffs overlooking Bronte Beach, Oceanview rises from the natural rock face as a testament to contemporary coastal living. Clad in a palette of silver travertine, Baltic marble, and Venetian plaster, the residence embodies bespoke craftsmanship at every detail. Its interiors echo the surrounding seascape, blurring boundaries between inside and out, and achieving a harmonious dialogue with its dramatic coastal setting.
Bronte Beach House
Inspired by the fluidity of the coastline, Bronte Beach House celebrates sculptural form and natural materiality. Curved terraces flow seamlessly into a master retreat overlooking the Pacific, while interiors are defined by striking Arabescato Rosso marble walls, hand-shaped to sculptural perfection. Layers of stone, timber, and artisan clay tiles create an atmosphere of organic serenity, uniting coastal energy with refined architectural expression.
Bellevue Hill Penthouse
Within the heart of Bellevue Hill, J Corp reimagined this destination penthouse with an ambitious twelve-month transformation. Walls wrapped in Hermes marble introduce a refined sense of grandeur, while hand-carved Black Arabescato stone defines the dramatic arrival sequence. Expansive glazed facades frame uninterrupted skyline views, enhanced by custom bronze standing-seam cladding, bringing together light, luxury, and architectural mastery.
